David, Sir, I come to you with tears in my eyes, and I tell you: you should have explained -phase 1 trials are followed by phase 2 trials, testing against more people, and those may be followed by phase 3 trials -it's all in the name!!! Of course the first trial is with a small sample -it has to be -because you should assume what you are testing is unsafe UNTIL it is proven to be relatively safe. So, to put more than 50-80 people at risk under this assumption would be irresponsible. David, Sir, why didn't you explain all this for the trollish dollards in your audience?
