@Luke-kv6qf Debatable. Dump definitely needs prison time. To save on expenses, I wouldn't care if Biden and Pence, once investigators are satisfied, plea bargain for lesser sentences. Unless minimum sentence IS jail time, in which case they both got what they deserve!
