This whole "prison rape will punish him" idea: probably a ReThugliCon idea. Think about it, you cut prison funding, while throwing all and sundry in jail, you can't afford to pay enough staff to keep everyone safe in there, so you rely on the vigilantes inside. This kind of malice keeps them warm at night! Not to mention the lack of any intelligence: there is a chance the defendent is innocent, but a miscarriage of justice occurs -especially when the jury (and judge) consists of bigots watching Faux News reports. Their attitude is 'Can't have these rapists free to vote Democrat!'

@whyamimrpink78 Then there would be no need to "repeal" RvsW, if abortion wasn't believed by idiots to be murder. The only reason the Repugnants on the SC decided they had to 'rule' RvsW 'Unconstitutional' is so that States can act on their unchristian, immoral morals on the abortion issue.

@GothCatMom2 Yes, but that's exceptionally dangerous for the mother (probably for the child too). So, it's not an excuse. But, there never is a good excuse for the modern reThugliCons.

@leonxl The words undocumented, illegal, alien, bigotry, prison and rape kind of scream "flight risk" to me. David mentioned the risk of rape in prison for him, do you think he's relishing the prospect?
