The fewer checks and balances there are on the wannabe fascist (tRump comes to mind), the easier the transition to out-and-out racist Fascism would be. Then, more and more, anti-democratic and fascistic dictats will creep in. You know, like Chump asking Ukrainian leaders and the FBI to find dirt on his rivals. Sounds very familiar, doesn't it?

Not that the missing lines add anything of substance, if anything, you double-down on the stupid.
