@SaintAaron-l4l I've seen the full length video too. He panicked, drove forward, hit some pedestrians who then in turn thought it deliberate and so attacked him much harder leaving him in fear. I'm not condoning his actions nor condemning them. At the moment, facts are far more important than opinions.

@ashleystyles6888 the bloke they arrested that the police published does appear to be the same bloke. However, if you can find a copy of the longer video, you can see him driving quite normally and seemingly bemused by the road being blocked when he was attacked by football thugs. Of course, I don't know what if anything happened before that- maybe he looked at them in the wrong way or dared to sound his horn. But then he drove off in a panic and my guess is he lost control.

As a white man who is ashamed of his race I felt it imperative to watch the videos of this incident myself, just so I could face up to the evils of being a fellow white man. I know the police were calling on white men to forward all videos to them and not look at any online, but I'm only white and felt I had to see the fellow white man's conduct just to ensure I felt enough shame. But what I saw was very different to what I expected. I saw a white man patiently driving his car when attacked by several football supporting white men and he appered to panic as he drove away, suggesting this was a terrible accident and not deliberate. However, as he is white it is likely he'll be in prison for a long time.
