What they mean when they say that vaccines don't work 100% is that we for now don't know the long term side effects, and because it was rushed. No vaccine ever was rushed like this before, and we had many diseases that are 5x and 10x deadly than this Covid 19. vaccinated or not, we need tests, and masks, and to protect our immune system and protects those that are more sensitive. getting people vaccinated wont solve the pandemic.
