@TheXipherZero Ha, they are, as a group, like that annoying kid that invites himself along, no one ever calls him up and invites him to hang out. And then make whatever event it is to be all about him. This is exactly what it seems like for all of these open source projects and they come in with the Code of Cinduct to basically say, "I am here, and you have to accept me, or else!" This is what happens when bullies don't do their job, and they think they deserve to be winners / included based on their existence rather than their skill level.

 @secretfirefox6880 Yeah, AUR is just a pile of scripts to make installing stuff that isn't packaged for Arch easier.

@danp2306 Exactly. I didn't say anything about questioning their existence. Just that they are basically self-entitled party crashers. It is very odd, considering they push that they are so oppressed, where it may have been true in the past, but isn't anymore.
