  1. This was all planned. There never was any intention on the part of the MIC to "end" the war in Afghanistan. That's part of their philosophy--endless wars all over the world to support: Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, General Dynamics, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, etc., ad nauseam. All of the foregoing corporations contribute heavily to BOTH major political parties, which is why we never see any change in our military and foreign policy, regardless of who is POTUS (Trump being an exception). We Americans live in an eternal warfare/welfare state. The only hopeful thing is that the current system is so rotten and corrupt, that it carries within itself the seeds of its own destruction. May God hasten that day.
