Yes now it is. This information would have been gleaned within hours, or at least within a day or so of the atrocity. They knew all along, but only released it yesterday.

Considering, the house search was underway on the day of the atrocious act, one can be certain they found the bio weapon then. Obviously as is normal, electronic devices were seized as part of the search, the information is downloaded within minutes if required, depending on when they got around to actually looking at what information was on the devices, we can be sure the manual was discovered very soon after that. They knew all along.

As an Ulsterman myself, I was disgusted by what those Irish republicans did, to the good people of Birmingham and other attacks throughout the UK over the years. I put no blame on the good people of Birmingham and elsewhere who reacted after the incidents.

Of course it's very possible that had they revealed those snippets of information in a timely manner, nothing would have happened. Very rarely do the British people take to the streets and cause disorder after an event like this. The supposed " new information" would have been known at a very early stage, but they chose not to release it , leading to speculation all over the place. Surely, if it would have interfered with the investigation then, that would interfere with it now?
