@chieftandriver703 All part of the nudge brigade, 77, are also part of it. They were very active during the event that started in 2020, promoting the fear mongering mainly on social media. Actively helping to silence any dissenting voices.

It appears the issues at hand were the accused were "Advised" to plead guilty in exchange for a lower sentence. Without knowing the specifics, especially amongst those who were charged for hurty words or those accused of basically attendance at a protest that turned into a riot, that to plead not guilty, they could remain on remand in prison for months. The advice of pleading guilty was obviously wrong as most ended up in prison for years anyway. They were led to believe a guilty plea would of been a sentence of a fine or community service or both, not years in the slammer.
