  1. Seems like this judge needs looking into. Unfortunately, as in todays climate, this is what they want, and no doubt there are more of similar ilk.

  2. @BritishLandeur  Yes seems the system is now geared towards certain people, political leanings, or indeed the demographic. If the perp in front of the judge, and they agree with your leanings, well you are walking out to freedom. I think it was another judge, in Northern England, who had let someone off just previously, serious crimes, then when trying the summer unrest cases, was locking up people for a few years. I know it's a cliche to say it, this is all a two tier justice system. Is it a new thing? Not sure, but since Starlin and Co. have arrived on scene, it certainly looks like it. Perhaps it's because people are seeing it right in their faces?
