  12. As a white girl who grew up in a majority black neighborhood, exact same thing. Me and my black friends used to constantly crack jokes about white people. But God forbid I even consider making the slightest joke about one of my black classmates. Black people don't recognize how racist they are. How casually racist they are. I had to deal with it from my friend's families as a kid. They didn't mean anything really by it but it was racism. It was hurtful. And I was just a little girl.

  38. Not only charged but convicted. Pretty sure a pardon is for someone who was tried and convicted of a crime. Your pardoning them from the crime that they were found guilty of committing. So they shouldn't stand to begin with since no one's been charged with crimes nor have they been found guilty of them yet.
