Not only charged but convicted. Pretty sure a pardon is for someone who was tried and convicted of a crime. Your pardoning them from the crime that they were found guilty of committing. So they shouldn't stand to begin with since no one's been charged with crimes nor have they been found guilty of them yet.

Tell that to the January 6thers. How many of them did absolutely nothing wrong and were still spending years in prison for it? Y'all keep saying this and ignoring January 6th. Stop pretending like that isn't a thing and those people didn't need a pardon because they were railroaded into prison.

You need to know what happened? He created a virus released it on the world and then shut down the country for a year and a half. That's why he needed a pardon. All of those crimes. You lived it.

Or how about closing our economy down for a year and a half when no one has the right to do that? Or how about the fact that he tried to force people to take medication against their will even though he's not an elected official? How about one of those crimes? I didn't even have to try to figure those ones out. Those are just the surface level crimes.

We have zero evidence that Joe Biden had any clue these documents exist. There's nothing but reasonable doubt that he signed anything. Auto pens should be 100% illegal in our government. If you can't be bothered to use your own hand to sign something it doesn't count!
