  1. 100%! An inmate cannot consent to sex. Of any kind. So those women were all raped repeatedly while in prison. It is part of a prison's job to protect inmates from being raped. They did nothing to stop these women from being raped by a man while in prison. They have nothing but reason to sue!

  4. ​​ @cassiephillips9011 women face being raped by their own gender and prison too. That's equality for you. Men get raped by other men in prison women get raped by other women in prison. The problem is when one gender starts raping the other gender in prison. We're supposed to be protected from that. And that does in fact include men. They are protected from forced penetration by women in prison.
