Last time I checked we teach that in high school. When we're actually teaching people how to drive. So as long as police officers learned how to drive they should know better than to park on railroad tracks. Did they not have to pass the rules of the road like the rest of us?

@karlostj4683 to be granted a license to drive you are literally required to be trained on that. Did you not take driver's ed?

@malvoliosf remember it is 100% legal for the police to discriminate against you for having too high of an IQ. That's been judiciated!

@flyboymike111357 and they should already be getting it. It should be policy like it is for pizza delivery drivers.

She didn't see the giant reflective sign that is clearly visible from her vehicle? She didn't see the train tracks she had to walk on? She didn't feel the train tracks she had to walk on? Is this woman blind death and dumb and I mean that in the modern sense not mute? Because that's the only way she wouldn't know she was on train tracks! How is it that I can see the railroad crossing sign from her body cam footage but she somehow didn't see it with her eyeballs? Is she blind? And Why are no people ever held for perjury? Because she blatantly lied when she said she didn't know they were on a railroad track. Just blatantly lied. Again the proof is her body cam footage where we can all see the railroad crossing sign. Why are people not held for perjury?
