  1. ​ @Root4BeerFloats we don't need that anymore. We have records of who owns things and we have ways of contacting the owner of things. If it's been sitting abandoned for 5 years send them notice and then condemn it as a abandoned. The city has ways of going about that if a place has not been occupied for years. The problem is this takes 30 days and it's criminals doing it.
