If he felt compelled to do this to a child on a field trip what does he feel compelled to do to children actually in his courtroom?

That seems to be the only defense people have for this judge. Contempt of court. Except that she wasn't in court. She was on a field trip. At best she was in contempt of field trip which is not a thing.

The lesson he taught that girl is the justice system isn't something she can trust. And she's not the only one who learned that lesson.

A lot of people get those two things confused. They think they can demand respect but you can't. You can only demand fear.

She literally told the judge that she was homeless and then he told her at home in bed is where she's supposed to sleep. He told her to go to a place she does not have and sleep in a piece of furniture she also does not have. Not only was he a tyrant he was insulting. And clearly willfully ignorant.

I'd call that illegal detainment or kidnapping. I think most reasonable people would at least call it illegal detainment. Because he detained her without her breaking any laws or being suspected of breaking any laws which is illegal.

This exactly! This supposed judge has zero respect for me. In fact he owes respect to me. Because I've never illegally detained a child before and he has. He must forget that respect is earned not demanded. Only fear can be demanded.

@danporath536 based on the illegal detainment he put her in. You know the thing that got him taken off the bench and fired from his job. The abuse of power he used on her. I mean if I can get a restraining order cuz my neighbor's a dick to me I can get a restraining order against the judge who illegally detained a 15-year-old girl on a field trip.

This man should not only be fired he should be disbarred. He should not be allowed to do anything involving the law since clearly he thinks his emotions are more important than it. Did he seriously have the testicular fortitude to tell a young girl who's homeless that at home in her bed is where she's supposed to sleep? Right after being told she does not have a home or a bed?

And what charges? He didn't charge her with anything because she didn't break any laws. Falling asleep on a field trip is not illegal. And it definitely sounds like he just wants to be alone with a homeless girl with a single mother. You know the most vulnerable of young girls.
