  1. Could you imagine if these black women were right and we actually did judge people based on their race and gender? We wouldn't be hiring black women to do anything at all right now. Because over and over and over again they come out disgustingly corrupt and incompetent! Thank God these women are wrong and we're not actually racist and sexist. That we actually judge individuals based on their own personal characteristics. Because if we didn't black women would have a rough road to hell! Also I'm going to start needing some qualifiers for the first blah blah blah to blah blah blah. She's the first black female judge? How many black women tried to be a judge in that position before? Why do I have a feeling the answer is none. If the first black female to try to be a judge there became one it doesn't matter that she's the first. Because they couldn't have given the job to a black woman before her. How is what she did to that Thai woman not a hate crime? She literally arrested her and charged her $500 for being an Asian woman who married a black man. That is a cut and dry hate crime. And I don't even believe in hate crimes. She's a new judge so she didn't know that throwing an Asian woman in jail for marrying a black man is wrong, she didn't know that ignoring what the police tell you is wrong, she didn't know that stealing money from her clients is wrong? It sounds like she's a criminal not a lawyer. Last time I checked lawyers know what the law is and how to follow it. Judges should know even more since they are judges. If this woman doesn't know what the law is nor how to follow it how the hell can she be a judge? Why do we live in a world where when a job is less important if you're incompetent in it you're fired immediately but when the job requires competence if you're incompetent we give you nothing but leeway? If I got a new job and was so bad at it that I was just fucking everything up I would be fired immediately. They wouldn't give me a raise and him and her about it. I'd be fired. A judge is one of the most important jobs in the world but she doesn't have to know how to do it ever? Aren't you supposed to know how to do the job before you get it?
