The phone wasn't the problem. That's just how we caught her. The problem was how improper she was as a judge. More than likely she's always been improper as a judge we just finally caught her. Thank God for the phone!

I am so sick and tired of the people who we put in charge of our justice system literally being above the law. They shouldn't be above it they should be held twice as accountable to it!

@beelikemizu604 I agree to an extent. In the past however we never had problems like we do today. This is just a mild symptom. The big symptom is Donald Trump being prosecuted over questioning an election when the first time that happened was 1796. That one has literally never happened before. We have literally never had our justice system go after a presidential nominee and former president for questioning an election. Our justice system has changed. It is not the same as it has always been.

@EricaL2024 and the people are no longer following the rules they used to follow. People can in fact get worse. And the people in the justice system have gotten worse. No one can deny that. Unless they've been living under a rock.

It's almost like it's made up out of people who don't actually have to pay any attention to the black squiggles on a piece of paper. Our laws don't mean anything since are just a system pretends like they don't exist! Well of course it does depend on who you are. We can't have that justice system applied equally now can we?

Seriously is this judge a 14-year-old girl? She doesn't think the context of the text messages matter? Well she was wrong. They do matter. Sure texting is improper. If she had been texting about some television show that would have been improper and she should have recused herself from this case. But because she was texting about the case and yes in fact did decide what she thought of the defendant and how to instruct the jury on it not only is what she did improper it should be illegal. Unfortunately we don't hold judges accountable to the law! What is it with the people in our justice system not knowing what being an adult is? No, you're not allowed to text about the case during the case. No, you're not allowed to have sex with someone else involved in the case! Fani Willis!

@Dweesil that is the biggest bullshit on the planet! Men just don't call it gossip. You call it talking. I work in a warehouse. The men gossip more about the other men than the girls at the retail store I used to work at ever did!
