  2. ​​ @paulne1514 yeah and it was unconstitutional then too. They literally wrote a constitutional amendment guaranteeing protection based on arbitrary traits and then wrote a law saying nah! You cannot write a law to circumvent an amendment. That's not how our laws work. The Constitution supersedes any and all laws.
