@jon6039 You know all of us? You know every single woman? Because I don't think I know you. And since I don't know you you don't know what i do or do not speak up about. Because this is something I speak up about as a woman. I think women who falsely accuse men should go to prison! Congratulations you have now heard women speaking out against this! You can now stop saying none of us do. Because you know for a fact that some of us do.

@josephkingsford8480 I'd rather put her in jail than turn some man into a criminal. Do you like the idea of being a criminal who rapes people? If you do you need serious psychological help.

We have slap law. I mean that's basically all false rape allegations are. Slap laws prevent people from using the court system as a weapon. Women falsely accuse men of rape to use the court system as a weapon. We should extend slap loss to false allegations. And to anyone who claims that punishing people for false allegations will prevent true allegations from being reported nope that's the false one's not being punished. Why would I believe the real ones when all of the ones I've heard have been false? If we punish the ones who make false allegations i have reason to believe the people who come forward. Because they're risking being punished!

Honestly I just need to point this out. Your first sentence confuses me. As a woman who's experienced this... So have you accused multiple men of raping you and they haven't? Or do you know a lot of women who have done that or a lot of men who've been accused? Because there are so many different ways that could go especially if I'm supposed to like you which according to the rest of your comment I do. Just pointing out how confusing that first sentence is to me. Again the rest is pure gold.

@debbieholoquist2059 Jalen prison is not about severity of crime it's about length of stay. You can commit a violent crime and get a short sentence and stay in jail and you can come in a non-violent crime and get a long sentence and go to prison.

I don't even think it was that. I think she was dating two guys and decided the other guy was a better lay. This way she doesn't look like a 304 in her own mind.

@SlyNine No she gives all women a bad name. Because that's the way the human brain works. The human brain categorizes things. Women are a category. When a woman lies about rape all women get a little of the blame. Because that's the way the human brain works. If you don't like it get a different species brain!

I am sick and tired of being told that if we punish women who lie women who aren't lying will be afraid to come forward. Punishing someone for doing something wrong doesn't prevent people from doing the right thing. Lying is wrong telling the truth isn't so punishing people for lying wouldn't prevent anyone from telling the truth. If we went off of that logic might as well not make anything illegal because it'll prevent people from being honest. So YouTube has decided men and woman CANNOT be equal when drunk. So Yale has decided that when a woman dates a man she is being raped. Harvard doesn't teach students to read things before they sign them. And these are our ivy League colleges. These are the top of the top when it comes to education in the United States. Colleges literally make people dumber. When ivy League colleges are literally churning out people who were dumber than they were before they went in they're useless. And so are every single college below them. I am so glad I told my son not to go to college! Not only is he not wasting money but now he won't be accused of rape by a girl he's dating and the school will believe her. Wow! So basically what happened is she started dating this boy. Cheated on him. And then accused him of rape? And Yale decided she was telling the truth? She 100% should be financially held liable if not criminally. She straight up lied. This isn't a situation where she actually thought she was raped but was wrong no she knows for a fact she wasn't. I agree with every single man who says people who purposely falsely accuse should get the exact same jail time the accused would. We have to stop women from using the court system to destroy men's lives. We made slap law time to extend it to patently false rape allegations. Last thing. There is an undesirable consequence to all of these false allegations. People will start not believing real ones. This fear that people talk about for punishing liars is actually going to be made by not punishing them. Because why the hell should I believe someone who actually had something happen to them when literally every other person who claims it has happened to them was lying? One bad apple may not spoil the bunch but when only one apple isn't bad the bunch is already spoiled. And it's not our fault that we don't believe them, it's the liars fault that we don't believe them. If anyone should be held accountable for people not believe an actual victim it's the people who lie about being victims. Because it's their fault. The boy who cried Wolf eventually makes people not believe any shepherd.
