  1. As a law enforcement agent she should have gotten more time but since she didn't you're right she should serve each and every single one of those years. Law enforcement should be held more accountable to the law not less.

  2. ​ @supermanzr1of1 yeah that makes it sound like she thought she'd get away with using the self-defense argument when if she hadn't told him he would have called the police because she broke into his apartment and held him at gunpoint.

  3. And she's a law enforcement agent. Meaning she should know what the lot is and be able to de-escalate the situation with a criminal. She didn't do any of that. She didn't care about him at all. Only herself.

  5. I don't even think it was that complicated. I think she knew if she didn't kill him and argue self-defense she would be going to jail for illegal entry and holding someone at gunpoint illegally. Either way she was going to jail. But if she killed him she could argue self-defense and he couldn't argue.
