  2. So what we've learned is Michigan does not check to see if someone has a license when they suspend their right to drive. Maybe they should do that. Maybe instead of suspending someone's right to drive they should suspend their license. You know a thing they actually control. It's kind of hard to suspend someone's right to drive if they don't have a license and don't have the right to drive anyway. Did we forget driving is a privilege not a right? Why was it not the first judges job to make sure that the man whose right to drive he was suspending had that right in the first place? This should have been squashed in 2010. The first time he got pulled over. If they all look for a license every time a traffic violation happens then people who don't have licenses can't have their right to drive suspended. Because they will find out they don't have that right. Pat Michigan on the back all you want but they're a stupid state! Last thing. I love this judge but he didn't check to see if the guy had a license before court either! Not a single person involved in this driving crime check to see if the criminal had the right to drive. Including judge Sampson! None of them checked to see if the man had the right to drive in the first place. Not one! That man was driving illegally for decades because no one bothered to check to see if you had the right to drive in the first place. The state of Michigan is at fault for all of his crimes since 2010.
