@andreif7992 do you honestly think figuring out other reasons to not hiring someone and kicking them out of a gym are the same thing? Because they're not. One gives you plausible deniability the other does not. How do you get around the fact that you kicked the man out for being blind which is unconstitutional?

@robertwadas Okay but we are not talking about hiring we are talking about open discrimination against someone because of their disability. Someone who's a customer not an employee who you may have other reasons to not hire. There is no reason to discriminate against a customer with a disability. Especially one who can't do what you're accusing them of doing.

 @kungfreddie your big screwed here in the U.S. too. It's literally part of the 14th amendment. It is not only illegal it is unconstitutional to discriminate based on disability.
