Isn't that an awful idea? Making crime illegal, arresting criminals, prosecuting them to the fullest extent of the law, and actually punishing them would work. Insanity!

Yeah it's not about the dramatic increase in burglary it's simply because burglary is a thing right? No dumbass it's because of the dramatic increase in burglary. When you make burglary not illegal it goes up. And people have to protect themselves since the state won't.

@Tdel52411 They do? Then why are they using technology to do it? Do you think criminals are psychic masterminds? No. Usually they're dumbasses. Usually they actually have to go outside and stake out a place. Using Google maps all they have to do is search.

Wow we're that low trust now? We've become that much of a third world? People can't even see a photograph of our house? This country is in a very bad state. We've left it to the criminals.

@itsgeodoodz Yes we know that technically it's illegal. We also know that California allows theft under a certain amount of dollars we also know that they allow no bail for specific crimes such as robbery and breaking and entering, and we know California prosecutors will not prosecute criminals. So does it really matter if it's illegal? Does the law matter if it's not enforced? No it doesn't. Hence why laws are still on the book saying I can't run for office simply because I'm an atheist. They are not enforced therefore they haven't spent the time and money to get rid of them.

@FuToo in California their jobs are literally to tell people to knock it off and that's about it. Or when they do do their jobs the prosecutors don't. Or when they do do their jobs the criminal just gets let out of them bail and doesn't bother to show up for court again. What's the point of a cop doing his job when the rest of the justice system won't?
