  3. 4:39 THEY have. That’s why they put forth a police reform bill. It seems Democrats are the ones who won’t recognize those things since with an offered 20 amendments you ALL still said NO. Juan knows about the offered 20 amendments right? He knows that Democrats could have strengthened that bill with upwards of 20 amendments. Why didn’t they do that? Is it because they don’t actually want police reform? Because if they got police reform then the violence would end and they wouldn’t have anyone to vote for them anymore. The only people who vote Democrat are scared people. So the Democrats got to keep us scared.
