  2. Well duh. When anyone goes to the doctor they want the best doctor. Not the blackest. Not the gayest. Not the most female. None of that matters. What matters is not killing me in the hospital! If that means my doctor is every innate characteristic I despise so be it! If you don't hire for Merritt when it comes to doctors you're going to kill people.
