Here’s the difference though. I can buy both an iPhone and a Mustang out of warranty but I can take my Mustang to anyone I want to be repaired I still have to take my iPhone to Apple because they have patented parts that they refuse to sell to third parties. Neither one has a warranty but I can get one repaired anywhere I want the other one I still have to go back to Apple and pay whatever they feel is appropriate and suck it up when they say they won’t repair it because it’s cheaper for them if I just buy a new phone.
