You would think a former prosecutor would know the term hearsay. She has no idea whether or not he's ever said that she just knows someone told her he said that. And then forgot about it for 5 years. That's hearsay. That wouldn't be admissible in court. Also the context she gives it makes it good. Shouldn't a general be loyal to his commander-in-chief and the country he serves? Isn't that the point of a general? To follow the president's orders and protect this country not foreign countries?
