Dumbass is like you decided if we don't put people in jail for petty crimes then the crime rate would go down and you were right! When you don't call a crime a crime it's easy to say the crime rate went down. Smash and grab robberies are a crime. Arson is a crime. Destroying cities across the country for a year and a half is a crime. When we keep hearing about BLM activists and ANTIFA activists being released after committing a crime we all know we'd be in jail for you can't tell me crime is down. You just won't let it be prosecuted!

There's no negative effect when a young black person steals right? No one gets hurt when a young black person steals right?
