  4. NYC is literally trying to try this case by claiming that it's such an egregious act that something must be done about it even though there is no victim. Which is bullshit. But somehow I hadn't even thought about where is the money going? Seriously where is it going? In a case like this the money is supposed to go to the victim but they're literally is no victim. The City is not a victim. No matter how they slice it they are not a victim so where is this money going? Who's being enriched by this fraudulent lawsuit?
