  2. And dangerous. I'm bipolar. When I'm going through a I don't know what you'd call it but emotional episode I don't recommend trying to reason with me. You have to wait until it's subsided. Then I'm extremely reasonable. I'll probably even apologize because I understand how horrible I was. But in the moment there is no reasoning with me. My family knows this. That's why they help me. Where was Neely's family when he needed help? Why are they expecting strangers to help him in the moment?

  3. They sure couldn't have cared less about their family member when he was alive. Now that he's dead they're cashing in! And they expect us to have helped him when they wouldn't!

  4. ​ @donovan4222 unrelated? Both people were mentally ill. In this case they're making an excuse for one crime because the man was mentally ill. But when you make excuses for one crime because someone's mentally ill that tends to escalate to worse crimes because they're mentally ill. If Penny hadn't done what he did Neely would have done what this man did. And I'm sure you would have rather that. Right? You'd rather three people be dead because Penny didn't do anything.

  7. Cheese Manhattan's medical examiner. And she would lie because she's a Manhattan resident. As far as New York is concerned black people can't do anything wrong even when they threaten to murder people. So the poor sweet baby black angel gets off for his crime and the guy who defended an entire Subway full of people gets to go to jail for it.

About two weeks after this incident a very similar incident happened where a black man threatened a black man and his girlfriend and the black man with the girlfriend stabbed the other black man to death and he was never charged. Also a restraining hold isn't murder. People like you need to start taking responsibility for your actions. When you're the problem you might end up dying because of your actions. Maybe try some self-control.

You don't want to stop someone from attacking someone when they're threatening to attack them. Just let crimes happen right? As long as they're not directly happening to you who cares? Absolutely ridiculous! and where was this man's family while he was threatening people on the subway? Why weren't THEY helping him? Also I thought black people wanted to be treated equally to white people. So why isn't taking a man at his word being treated equal? Because if a white man did this no one would be crying. No one would be upset. No one would be on trial!

  13. We don't even need to do that. About two weeks after this incident a black man protected himself and his girlfriend from another crazy black man threatening to kill them. Stabbed him to death. He was never even arrested. Penny was arrested because he's white.

  14. Because they're black and we're white. It's white people's job to this day to take care of black people just like we did back during slavery! We were supposed to give them freedom but continue to pay for their existence. And if we don't and we actually protect ourselves from them that's a problem! We're literally supposed to ask black people threatening to murder us what we can do for them because they're more important than we are!
