  11. The state has no control over it? They do. They're allowing this to happen. All they'd have to do is send in police. Problem solved. But they won't because this is what they want.

  12. If they didn't they would stop it. They say that it's out of control... No it isn't. A couple of police in SWAT uniforms would clear that up in a couple minutes. Everybody knows that. Not doing anything about it isn't going to work though unless warring homeless camps is what you want.
