As a person who has been choked... Thankfully not to death, he knew what he was doing. It took him long enough to know he was killing that child to kill him. What he did is premeditated murder. He had so long to stop before that child died. Also I don't take the word of a murderer after he's committed murder. When he says the boy did this the boy did that he's saying it to cover his ass. I will never, ever, take the word of someone who killed someone about why they killed that person. They have nothing but reason to lie. Their word holds zero water.
