  1. So a private company offered a reward for tips to the arrest of a guy... These people saw the guy called the police and are upset that the private company isn't giving them money for the tip they didn't give the private company? I'm sorry but they called the wrong people. Crime stoppers is not a part of the government. The government offered no reward. Crime stoppers did. I'm glad they got the money in the end but they called the wrong people.

  2. But they didn't. Crime stoppers offered a reward for you giving them information leading to the rest of the criminal. The people didn't do that. The government offered no reward. Why should a private company who had no interaction with these people have to pay them for something they did for the government?
