Why should they? They voted for this? Does everyone forget that the NYPD endorsed Joe Biden?

You do realize that the officers are also residents of New York who probably voted for this too right?

@zel2113 What you just said has nothing to do with locking the phone so they cannot be used if they're stolen. The phone you're talking about was sold. Just because someone used a fake ID doesn't mean that the sale wasn't real. And of course the police didn't do anything. It happened in California. There's no such thing as illegal in California unless you're a Republican.

They support the criminal.

You know these cities are hell holes when The View can call out the mayor of New York City and be right. As a person who lives in a blue state but in the red part, aka not a city, I don't have any sympathy for the people living within the city limits. Not. They voted for this and it's mostly contained to the city. As long as they contain it to the city I don't care if they're offing each other. They don't. Sure they care enough to complain but they don't care enough to vote correctly. Never forget that the NYPD endorsed Joe Biden. Also I don't understand why we parade the mothers of criminals out. These women raised criminals. They should be shamed. They should be ashamed. They're offspring are not good people their monsters. When you raise a monster you're probably a monster too. Apples don't tend to fall far from the tree.

For what? Following the laws of their city? Police are law enforcement agents. This is the law in New York. The politicians are literally doing what the constituents voted for them to do. Just because they're bitching about it doesn't mean this isn't what they voted for. More than likely including the officers. New York police endorsed Biden!
