  3. Why would I encourage my child especially my son to go to college and waste tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars getting an engineering degree if I know he won't get a job? I wouldn't. In fact I didn't. I've encouraged my son to go into the air force. Maybe they won't care as much about race there now that Trump's in office. Here's hoping.

  5. I've honestly never filled out a resume that requires me to tell them what my race is before the Equal Opportunity Employment section. And even there you don't have to say. Personally I never do. It's none of my employer's business what my race is.

  8. I will legitimately despise the term representation since that's not at all what they mean. If they wanted representation they'd actually want to be seen less. Because they're fucking everywhere! And they only make up 13% of the population.

  10. You know what's crazy? In a racially diverse country if you hire based on Merit you will get racial diversity. Because we already have that. When your pool of applicants is racially diverse your pool of hires will be racially diverse. As long as you ignore race. It's the craziest thing! When you ignore race you get diversity naturally.

  11. To be fair they can't. You can't force a community to accept help. And the black community refuses to accept help. You can throw as much money as you want at the problem and it's not going to get better. Black schools already get the majority of money in every state. Why? Because they have to pay for law enforcement. Until the community is fixed education won't be. And we all know how black people feel about an intelligent black person. They're acting white.

  12. You think they care about other people? They don't. They only care about themselves. That's why they demand lower qualifications solely for themselves. It was somebody quality they'd want the standards lowered across the board. But it's not it's about black people being better than everyone else. So they must get lower requirements so that they can show how much better than they are by killing everybody!
