It should already be illegal since it violates the 14th amendment. We literally amended the Constitution to remove discrimination based on arbitrary traits and then wrote a law enforcing discrimination based on arbitrary traits. What was the point of that?

@Sweet-fn6po when? College is not the whole world or all of life. Affirmative action was only struck down in college acceptance. So unless you're trying to get into college it has not been gotten rid of for you.

That woman literally just insinuated that white people are not people. She said when a person tries to get a job at Walmart it'll be harder because DEI is gone. Meaning the only people who are people are non-white people.

@margaretcadogan5199 No they're observant. And making an assumption based on facts. Who do you think made it so that Kamala Harris won Chicago and New York City and LA? It wasn't just us white people. In 2022 90% of black people voted Democrat. Calling someone racist for them paying attention to what's going on around them is just bigotry of intelligence.
