  1. He's Schrodinger's mental patient! Both mentally ill and not mentally at the same time! We can't put him into prison because he's mentally ill but we can't put him into a mental health ward because he hasn't been diagnosed with mental illness. So he's both mentally ill and not mentally ill at the exact same time so there's absolutely nothing we can do about it!
