  9. That's still law enforcement. That's the thing they don't want to do. Enforce the law. Why would they enforce the law against the scrappers when they refuse to enforce the law against the actual thieves themselves? It's not New York where they go after the fences but not the thieves.

  27. What are these black people going to do with traffic lights? Seriously? It's not like you can sell them to someone. Now they're just stealing for the fun of it and because they can get away with it. And are these people's taxes going to go down? Because they pay for the traffic lights and the electricity to run them. So you would assume since they no longer exist the taxes should go down right? Or are they still charging their citizens for these services they are not providing?
