And it literally took 7 to 10 years to acquire squatters rights not 30 days which is a vacation in 2025.

From the looks of it yeah you are. You got the right skin tone. I couldn't get away with this. I've got the homeowner skin tone.

Qualified immunity. As long as they did it under guise of doing their job they can break all the law they want. We legitimately need to get rid of qualified immunity. Cuz right now the judicial branch is literally above the law.

They're literally stealing Section 8 now. Stealing. Section 8! That's where black people have gone. Why didn't the cops wait outside the house until the criminal left so they could arrest him on his active warrants and the woman they could arrest for violating parole? They've got to leave eventually. 8:03 The reason we had squatting rights has absolutely nothing to do with england. It has everything to do with the fact that we were a ginormous country that was mostly empty. We are no longer a mostly empty ginormous country. We are now a completely full ginormous country. We know who owns all of the land. And all of the land is in fact owned. If you don't like it tough fucking shit! Earn some money and actually earn yourself some place to live. You're not entitled to a place to live.

Not to the person who owns the empty home. Either way you've broken into their house. And squatters rates don't cover temporary housing in somebody else's home which you had no legal right to enter. Either way it's illegal entry.

Well God did create evil so it is his fault that it exists.

@CharlesWeicksel it's weird that you learned that Maryland doesn't have squatters rights when they do. Like good squatters rights though. You actually have to be in the home for 21 years. But they do in fact have squatters rights. You may have wanted to look that up before you said it.

@stephenthomas1492 honestly the easiest solution is to have people who are going to be renting out their homes join a registry. If you're not on the registry you didn't rent out your home and the squatter has no rights.

You mean holding possible tenants accountable? Well that just means you're on the side of slumlords! Because literally every landlord is a slumlord no matter how amazing they are. Didn't you know non land owning people are more important than land owning people?
1
@avidreaderredxx where does the law protect landlords? Having to take a tenant to court for years on end to get them to pay for the damage they've done to your property is not protecting the landlord. All of our laws protect the tenant.

You don't have to think the politicians because the judicial system isn't following the law. In Maryland the time frame in which you have to be in a home to claim squatters rights is 21 years.

So far it seems as though they don't so I guess there's that. Criminals are literally more important than the government itself!
