There are many countries available for you to move to, but first you must find out what kind of country you like to live in, there are factors you must consider such as climate, safety, costs of living, environment, social conditions, religion, medical care, food security, government, public infrastructures and more. The hot tropical climate is not for everyone, some people prefer colder climates. Some people require higher quality medical care, not the low quality ones in developing countries. Then there is the job or income situation, not every country allows foreigners to work or have a business.
If you aren't rich, I suggest traveling to different countries and work as an English teacher, many countries are hiring English teachers, some require higher education qualifications, and some are less demanding. You can earn at least your living expenses while working instead of using up your savings, then you can travel to different countries to see which one is best for you, after you have found the country you want to live permanently then you find ways to do that.
