I doubt there was any known fatal case yet in the first two weeks in November, because it was only a few days after the conclusion of the International Military Sport Games event that was held in Wuhan in the latter half of Oct. 2019, which about 10,000 participants from 109 countries, included 350 Americans who some of them seemed too sick to compete in events. For the first time in US history Team USA didn't win any gold medal, in fact it performed so badly it ranked the lowest ever, same ranking as third world countries. Many participants from other countries recalled seeing sick American participants who didn't seem like athletes at all. The confirmed first Cofeet case with a Chinese patient is traced to mid November, exactly 2 weeks after the closing of the International Military Sport Games; 2 weeks is the time for Cofeet 5rus to break out in an infected person.

  10.  @gterrymed  By the latter half of November 2019 there were already a massive number of fatal cases of "influenza" and "strange pneumonia" in U5A. Hospitals in the northeast region of U5A were full of such patients. A mayor near New Jersey said he had Cofeet like symptoms which almost unlived him in November 2019! There are many other similar reports in northeast U5A that started in late summer of 2019, there were many news reports of such strange incidents but aren't talked about by the government and media ever since Cofeet breakout in Wuhan.

Anyone without any medical or science degree can point out the article in Nature, a science publication that announced the successful creation of Cofeet 5rus in a lab at Chapel Hill in North Carolina. That American news of American creation of gain of function bat 5rus attracted a lot of debate back then, why no American media mentions it since the Cofeet breakout?
