@CCootauco You don't understand because you don't know. Most products China make are for Chinese market in China. Exports from China to USA is only 4% of China's GDP! This is including the re-exports of products such as Apple iPhone which China only does the assembly work, it's not the manufacturer or owner of the product. Most China's exports are for Asia (60%), Middle East, South America, Russia, and Africa. So really China doesn't depend on USA market. Now that you know these facts, you can see why China is doing what it is doing, and it's doing very successfully. You have no idea unless you are in the shoes of those Chinese companies in China. Which country has the highest GDP without making or selling war weapons? It's China! Obviously it knows exactly what it's doing.
