Totally wrong. Siddhartha Gotama was called Sakamuni because he was a prince in the Saka nomadic warrior tribe. Saka is the name of a tribe of Indo-Europeans who were well known for their warrior skills and chariots, they dominated the area now called northwest India. There was a Saka Kingdom near the ancient world's biggest early Buddhist site called Gandhara, most likely Sakamuni Buddha Siddhartha Gotama came from there. The world's earliest swaztika like the one used a Buddhism symbol is seen on a Saka tapestry dated 1000 BC. The Saka chariot wheel is also another popular Buddhism symbol. According to early Buddhist records, Buddha Gotama had blue eyes and golden skin color, not dark skin color; those biological features are common in Indo-Europeans. The oldest Buddhist manuscripts were discovered in Gandhara, not far from Saka Kingdom, the.manuscripts are written in Kharosthi script, a Saka language, not Indian Sanskrit or Nepalese language.

Shakya was a republic, not a kingdom, so there were no king and prince, also it was not near Gandhara, the world's biggest Buddhist center at the time. However, Saka people had a Saka kingdom and it was near Gandhara, where the earliest Buddhist manuscripts written in Kharosthi script, a Saka language, are discovered.
