Money isn't a good measurement of happiness. As quality of living is increasing in China, more and more foreigners like to live in China especially when they come from less developed countries. I traveled many countries in the world, it seems China is the only country that truly have people from all races, nationalities, income levels and religions can live together in peace and harmony, I have never seen anything like this anywhere else in the world! I am living in one of the best regions in Canada, but it doesn't even come close to the current positive situation in China.

There're many other examples of lack of freedom in USA but plenty of freedom in China. Freedom in USA is a myth, while lack of freedom in China is also a myth. Anyone lives in China for more than a week knows very well that China has a lot of freedom, in fact too much freedom in some ways.

Qing Dynasty government's infamous death sentence execution methods are the most cruel in China's history! No Qing government official dared to get involve in any corruption! Despite Qing Dynasty China was ruled by Manchurians, it was more moral and clean than ROC (Republic of China). One of the evidence of a moral Qing Dynasty is how strict the Qing government was by banning opium and even risk the entire country by stopping opium and going against British and other foreigners who smuggled opium into China. The main reason Qing rulers ignored foreign military threats was because they had strong Buddhist belief, wishful thinking that Buddha would protect China from foreign military invasions, and that they didn't need guns to protect themselves. Qing rulers were super superstitious.

Africa is rich in natural resources waiting to be utilized but needs China's help. Improvements by China are already seen in parts of Africa and the African people like what they see.
