In recent years since the protests started there have been unusual increase of police and customs busts of smuggling and trafficking of illegal substances such as weed, harsh, meth, cocaine and even heorin! CIA is notoriously known to involve with drug productions and trafficking. Not surprising that CIA uses drugs to control those Hong Kong youngsters.
