@Shepardofman Many hotels in China don't rent rooms to foreigners because they can't communicate with people can't speak the Chinese language. If someone can't tell the taxi driver the destination in the language the driver knows then the driver has the rights to refuse. China is a country with one official language, Chinese, if you can't communicate with the Chinese people in China then you need to learn their language.

@sootuckchoong7077 Many foreigners especially Americans in China don't use translate app, they expect Chinese to speak English to them, this is why many businesses such as hotels refuse to service foreigners, they don't know what the foreigners saying.

This actually benefits China in a very BIG way, this forces China's government to strengthen its military power and increase its long distance weapons that can destroy its attackers. Now China has no choice but to stand up for itself to stop being bullied. USA still treats China like the way it was in Opium Wars and Eight-Nations Alliance invasion. China is beginning to learn that being peaceful and humble don't stop bullies.
