@Shenzhou. Both of you are wrong. Buddha was a Scythian Saka, that's why he was called Sakamuni, meaning the Saka guru. Buddhism started in Gandhara in the Indus Valley, it's the location of the world's oldest and biggest pre-early Buddhist site, it's where the earliest Buddhist manuscripts (written in ancient Persian Khaorishti script) and oldest Buddha figures are found. Gandhara is now located in an area between Afghanistan and Pakistan. Buddhism didn't spread to India until the half-Greek half-India king Ashoka introduced it to Indians after he had been to Gandhara.

@peachychoc7905 Fake stories by Nepal and India. Gandhara is not fake, it is still exists after over 2,000 years, it has the oldest Buddhist manuscripts and Buddha figures, and it is full of original Buddhist stupas built at the time when Buddhism first started there over 2,400 years ago! There is none of that anywhere else on earth!
