@greatlakes7942 There is only one kind of Native Americans, they are the people who have been living in America for at least 10,000 years, or at least 9,500 years before Europeans came and robbed them of their homelands, those Europeans now call themselves Americans but they aren't called Native Americans.

@nsng1298 The term "Indian" is no longer being used in USA, whether by the USA government or the Native American people. The proper term is "Native American" when referring to the people who existed in America for at least 10,000 years before the Europeans came to rob them of their America homelands. The term "Indian" was a wrongful term used by the European colonists.

@picandvideo Actually it's better to call them First Nations People. In Canada the native people are called First Nations People, they like this term.

@EggEnjoyer To the native Americans calling them the term "indian" is as offensive as the term "niger" to Black Americans. A few native prople may still use the term "indian" just like some black people use the term "niger", but in general those terms are racist these days.

@HeresMyView Don't believe anything written by the prepretrators and genociders. Do you think people who sail don't know which way is east or west? All people who operate ships know which way is north, east, west or south, simply by looking at the stars, sun or moon, without any compass. Identifying direction is a very basic knowledge for every ship captain, and even the amateur sailors know. So you are telling me that Columbus sailed without a ship captain or anyone knows how to tell which way is east or west? Lies from colonists still fool a lot of people today. Those colonists exterminated the native Americans and later claimed the native people had died of diseases, really? If that is so then why no native American died when the European colonists first arrived in America, but only when the colonists started to take native Americans' homelands by force.
